When is early voting?
Monday, November 23 to Wednesday, November 25, shorter than usual because of Thanksgiving. Counties set their own hours and locations.

Why is there a runoff?
In Georgia, a candidate needs more than 50% of the vote in a general election. If no one gets there, the top two face off again.
